Price Guide:

PRIORITY ITEMS: 0.90p - £1.15* per loaded mile

BACKLOG ITEMS: 0.45p – 0.60p for any backload items regardless of quantity/weight

LOCAL DELIVERIES: start from as little as £25.00 for full sized pallet delivery.

CONTRACT RUNS:  As a valued customer we would be more than happy to negotiate a price

Please read the following:

  • *Price Calculation: Prices calculated from size of vehicle required. If there is more than one drop, then price would be to furthest destination inclusive of first drop.

  • *Other Charges: Toll charges and Congestion Charge not included in quote and charged extra.

  • Minimum charges: Our courier services are generally charged per mile and are subject to a £15.00 for small vans/cars and a £25 minimum charge for large vans.

  • FCS offer a dedicated delivery service: Your goods whilst in transit remain in the same vehicle and are driven directly to your customer’s door ensuring your customer receives their goods in the same condition you sent them (no unnecessary handling) and without getting lost - this makes it a more expensive service than next day courier services such as Royal Mail, DHL, CityLink etc but gives you security and peace of mind.

  • Charged by the mile not weight: The price is not affected by the weight of the goods - however the loading time and size of vehicle (see charges) may affect the cost.

  • FCS are based in Poole, Dorset: Charges are from collection point to delivery destination but our quotations for most journeys are priced to allow for "dead mileage" subject to negotiation.

  • Waiting or loading at the collection or delivery address is free for the first 15 minutes. If FCS are required to wait or the loading takes longer the full time from arrival is charged at 30p per minute (£18 hour).

  • Return Delivery: A delivery with a return to the collection point is charged at an additional 25% - 50%.

  • Out of office hours: Weekends and before 7:00am or after 7.00pm are usually charged extra - please enquire.

  • LONDON: Deliveries or collections to or from London are charged extra - please phone for a quote.

  • FCS charges VAT at the standard rate on all prices quoted.
